 I offer step by step assistance in the entire home buying process - from making sure you get approved for a home loan, to helping you find the home, do the negotiations and see that you get the best deal possible.  I am there through the escrow process, home inspections and the final signing of all the documents.  Then I am there to give you the keys once the home is yours.

For sellers, I offer a free Market Analysis, work with you in seeing that your home shows its best while on the market, do the negotiations to see that you get the best possible deal.  I'm with you till you hand over the keys to the new owner.

If you think you may have to do a Short Sale on the home, I will sit with you and go over all the steps needed to help you get through the entire process.  I will work with you and your lender through the negotiations with them.

I stay in touch with all my past clients to make sure that you are happy with the home and help where I can if you have any issues with the home.  My goal is to have you happy with me and to be comfortable referring your family and friends to me.
